- This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/ or be a criminal offence.
- Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, at times in future the website might be temporarily unavailable due to modification of contents or addition of features due and technical issues, in any such case, this duration will not last too long.
Job Seekers
- Payment once made to Flipoke for any of the services is Non-Refundable.
- The Jobs are offered by the Job Provider and are not binding on the company. They are commercial enterprises, the openings of which, the company will make reasonable efforts to publicize.
- Job Seeker needs to provide their details like Name, Address, Pictures, however, any changes in the above-mentioned details can be changed from the app itself.
- Changes in the availability or details can be done by the Job Seeker, in such a case, the updated details shall be effective.
- We at Flipoke DO NOT provide any confirmation to the Job Seekers. We just provide a platform to the Job Providers and the Job Seekers to promote their brand value and their profile to the public in general, these information are not given by us and in no way has to be associated with us.
- You can apply for a Job only for yourself and no one else unless otherwise agreed by the Job Provider himself.
- Any outside communication with the Job Provider shall be done at your own risk and we are not liable for any discrepancies in such a scenario.
- The company reserves the right to change the interface, layout or update the new version of the app anytime without prior notice. However, in the case of our clients facing difficulties in operating the updated layout, we shall provide them all the support required.
- The Company shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in payment of or services nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning.
Terms & Conditions for Job Provider
- Payment once made to Flipoke for any of the services is Non-Refundable.
- Flipoke does not provide any Job Seeker’s availability or confirms the eligibility from its end, and so the eligibility of the applicant needs to be done by the specific Job Provider himself.
- Verification of a Job Seeker should be done by the Provider only, Flipoke holds no liability of any Job Seeker.
- Job opening once fixed will have a maximum validity of the time preset by the Job provider, after which the opening is deemed to be closed.
- Any cancellations or change of availability after the confirmation of a job application needs to be communicated with the firm by the seeker himself with no association in regards to Flipoke on any part.
- Any outside communication with the Job Seeker shall be done at your own risk and we will not be liable for any discrepancies in such a scenario.
